The above are subject to late change in the event of Coronavirus. We continue to operate reduced hours as we tackle the ongoing challenges during the pandemic. Please help us by booking online where possible. To avoid disappointment, we advise calling ahead before making a special visit to buy tickets or vouchers.

Tickets and vouchers can be bought at any time on our website.

Payment

Tickets can be paid for by cash (sterling), cheque (made payable to 'Rosehill Theatre'), Rosehill gift vouchers and most major credit/debit cards. If using gift vouchers as part or full payment, these must be received by box office in order for a booking to be confirmed.

Concessions

Concessions for those aged 26 and under are available for some performances which will be indicated.

Booking fee

A booking fee will apply to most transactions. This is to help us continue to provide a convenient ticket booking service for our customers through investment in software, equipment and staff, which is not covered by the price of the ticket. In most cases we will make a small charge of up to £1.50 per transaction to help cover this cost. This only applies once per transaction, regardless of how many performances you are booking for, and if you later come back to add tickets to an existing order, you won't be charged again. The following are excluded from booking fees:

  • Bookings of 10+
  • Bookings made by ICON donors
  • Taking Part activities
  • Bookings made in person at our box office counter

Occasionally there are additional exceptions. Please check when booking.

Posting tickets

If you book online, we recommend selecting the 'print at home' option for tickets. There is no need to actually print them; simply bring the confirmation on your mobile device and show it to our staff on the day. If you request paper tickets, these will usually be posted out within a few days of your booking being made, unless you book within 10 days of a show date, in which case your tickets will be held at box office for collection.

Please call our box office on 01946 692422 for more information on group bookings and any applicable discounts.

Reservations

We're sorry but we are unable to reserve seats for you to confirm your booking at a later date.

Rosehill gift vouchers

Rosehill gift vouchers can be bought from the box office. We are continuing to accept vouchers that expired during lockdown or immediately following this period. Please contact us for details.
Rosehill e-vouchers are available through Regalo. These are delivered by email and are valid for 18 months from date of purchase.

Facilities

Rosehill and its neighbouring Barn have ample free car and coach parking with access for the disabled. Parking spaces for wheelchair users are available immediately opposite the main theatre and Barn entrances. An induction loop relays performances to those using a hearing aid with a T-setting. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the theatre and Barn.
