Film: The Rocky Horror Picture Show - Hollr takeover at Rosehill Picture House

Hollr News and Entertainment are pleased to announce that they have once again partnered with Rosehill Theatre to bring you a special Hollrween cinema takeover of Jim Sharman's iconic musical comedy The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

The film

Sweethearts Brad and Janet, stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a cross-dressing scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker and a creepy butler. Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named 'Rocky'.

Quiz, music fancy dress

The Hollr team will be hosting this special Hollrween takeover night and as well as screening this classic film they will also be presenting a spooky Halloween quiz with some scary tunes. They are also encouraging special Halloween fancy dress if filmgoers would like to do so. A prize will be awarded to best dressed and will be selected by both Hollr and Rosehill Theatre staff.

Whether you’re coming in your favorite Rocky Horror attire or your most imaginative spooky costumes, all Halloween themed outfits and costumes are welcomed.

The event is open to both the public and Hollr readers alike.
