We're celebrating the arrival of our exciting new sous chef Matthew Jackson by holding a special "Meet Matt" event!

Matt has eight years of experience and has worked at a variety of great establishments, including in the Lake District. He particularly likes fusion food and is working with head chef Jon Fell on lots of exciting new dishes!

Mushroom cappuccino, thyme biscuit
