Under the auspices of Executive Head Chef Jon Fell and in association with West Lakes College providing work experience and first jobs for local youngsters training for the hospitality trade, the Green Room Restaurant opened to diners in summer 2017.
The Green Room is open for lunch 12noon-2.30pm and dinner 5.30pm-9pm on Wednesday through to Saturday with Sunday lunch served 12noon-4pm. Find out more or book your table.
