The Board of Trustees are the directors of RATL and have legal responsibility to ensure that the assets held on trust are applied to Rosehill's charitable objectives.
In accordance with the charity's Memorandum and Articles, the trustees are responsible for the management of the organisation’s business, for which they may exercise all the powers of the charity. The board has ultimate responsibility for the conduct and the financial stability of the organisation.
As volunteer trustees they all give their time freely and bring a variety of skills to the charity. They meet no less than quarterly, occasionally more frequently.
