Rosehill makes every effort to ensure that all of the information provided on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we encourage anyone planning a trip to any of our events based on information displayed on the website to confirm that the information is correct.

Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to credit unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date that you cannot attend by Rosehill.
From December 2025 (date TBC) Refund protection can be purchased via a third-party provider, Ticketsolve Protect. The protection must be purchased at the same time as your tickets and cannot be added to your order later. Visit refundable.me for full Terms & Conditions.
Ticket returns may be accepted at the discretion of Rosehill.
Exchanging tickets from one event to another may be permitted at the discretion of Rosehill.
Existing credit may be used on any Rosehill ticketed event. Credit is non-transferrable. Credit issued prior to 01 December 2025 is valid in perpetuity. Credit issued from 01 December 2025 onwards is valid for 1 year.
Rosehill reserves the right to refuse admission or ask visitors to leave at any time.
All visitors are expected to be respectful of staff, volunteers, performers, and other visitors whilst attending events organised by Rosehill. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
The programme may be altered, if necessary, at any time.
The use of photography, audio, and video recording equipment is not permitted during performances unless otherwise stated. The performers' team or Rosehill staff may be recording or photographing events for promotional reasons from time to time. When this is in progress, signs will be displayed to inform attendees.
Strobe lighting, smoke, and other stage effects may be used in productions. We recommend contacting us if you have any concerns and need to verify the use of effects in a performance you plan to attend.
For some types of performances, entry may be delayed to latecomers until a suitable break in the performance.
Dancing is not permitted in the circle.
Food and drink purchased outside Rosehill may not be consumed in the venue unless otherwise stated.
All drinks taken into the auditorium must not be in a glass container.
