Jen Garrick appointed as Director and Joint CEO of Rosehill
Jen Garrick has been appointed as Executive Director and Joint CEO of Rosehill, marking the first shared leadership model in the organisation’s 65-year history.
Previously Marketing & Communications Director of The Art House in Wakefield, following a varied career across the public, private, and third sectors, Jen brings a wealth of both creative and commercial experience to the organisation.
A specialist in strategic, values-led organisational development, Jen will lead on financial resilience and entrepreneurial activity, with a focus on maximising the potential of Rosehill’s building and facilities, including its historic Grade II listed theatre.

The organisation has been through a transformational period of research and development over the last two years, and I’m thrilled to be a part of Rosehill’s next chapter. I am particularly excited to be working closely with Creative Director, and my fellow CEO, Daniel Whitehouse, as we continue to develop meaningful and sustainable ways to serve our communities.”
