Covid-19 safety procedures remain in place at Rosehill to help keep everyone safe.

Before booking for an event, please read the information below and email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 01946 692422 if you have any questions.

Booking procedures

  • Where possible, please book in adance on our website. The box office is currently open at least one hour before each scheduled event and at limited times during the week. If you are unable to book online and wish to buy over the phone, please call 01946 692422 and leave a message, including your contact details and the event you are interested in. A member of staff will call back as soon as possible.
  • From 19 July 2021, there is no longer a limit on the number of households or people who can sit together. However, please be mindful, if booking tickets for a large group, we may be unable to seat everyone in close proximity to each other, particularly if some have specific seating requirements.
  • We are encouraging continued social distancing and in most circumstances will not confirm seat numbers until closer to a performance date. These will then be determined by the size of household groups attending. If you state a seat preference when booking we will endeavour to meet this request but cannot guarantee.
  • If buying tickets on the day, please pay by contactless credit or debit card to limit the need for exchanging cash.
  • Although no longer mandatory from 19 July, we will continue to ask all customers to 'check in' via the NHS Covid-19 app, for which a QR code is on display near our box office.
  • Please go to box office on arrival, where our team will confirm your name(s) and give details of your seats (where applicable).

Safety measures around the building

  • As of 19 July 2021, most Covid-19 safety measures in England have moved from mandatory to voluntary. We are encouraging all staff and customers to continue to follow the safety advice, including wearing a face covering if possible, especially when moving around enclosed areas, and keeping your distance from those outside of your household groups. Please respect individual choices. We ask that everyone remains vigilant and safety conscious.
  • All visitors are asked to go to box office on arrival, unless otherwise directed by a member of our team.
  • Hand sanitiser units are located around the building for your use and our toilet facilities are open. Please be patient if others are using these ahead of you and keep a suitable distance while waiting.
  • We are continuing to operate at a reduced capacity and will keep social distancing in place as much as possible. This means some parts of the auditorium may still be unavailable during a performance. Please keep the seat that you start with, unless in exceptional circumstances, in which case please speak to a member of staff before relocating.
  • If you are attending a workshop, please also follow the above guidelines and keep to your designated working area.

Refreshments

  • A selection of snacks and drinks are available to purchase when you arrive. These are available at the bar.
  • We regret that The Green Room restaurant currently remains closed.
  • We ask that eating and drinking in the auditorium is kept to a minimum, in order to limit the times you remove your face covering.
