Rosehill has a small core team of staff who oversee the day-to-day operations, supported by a variety of freelance and flexible hours workers, along with a dedicated band of volunteers. We couldn't do the work without them!
Our creative director, Dan, is the keeper of all things creative and community for Rosehill. Working with a range of partners, both within the creative sector and elsewhere, he focuses on delivering a varied programme of activities – not just in our building but across the wider area – that caters for every age, taste and budget, with community spirit and local cultural engagement at its heart. He has also been known to don a red suit and white beard at certain seasonal events…
Our Executive Director, Jen, looks after Rosehill’s management, marketing, finance, and operations. With a background that includes roles in the public, private, and third sector, Jen is a champion of strategic organisational development that is both values-led and entrepreneurial. She has a particular focus on developing Rosehill’s financial resilience and maximising the potential of the building and facilities, including our historic Grade II listed theatre.
