Join us and Handpicked this half term at SumArt To Do to find out more about our new work - The Mid-Winter Hullabaloo. A celebration of community, old traditions, and the place we love and live.
In this workshop, we’ll explore traditions and play with light and dark to mark Halloween. Families will create decorations and masks that capture the magic of the season - blending past traditions with festive mischief.

Update on SumArt To Do
Since 2023, we have been working with Handpicked Productions to deliver their SumArt To Do family workshops at Rosehill. We’ve loved welcoming so many families into creative spaces during school holidays, and it’s been wonderful to see the energy and imagination everyone brings.
From our next block of workshops, we’ll be introducing a small charge of £4 per participant (adults and children alike), replacing the suggested donation system we’ve used in the past. This change will help us build a more sustainable offer for our wonderful audiences, reduce no-shows, and ensure we can continue reaching as many families as possible. Tea, coffee and snacks will still be included.
Rosehill and Handpicked Productions truly value the families who take part in SumArt To Do and believe this change will help us keep delivering high-quality, inclusive creative opportunities for the community.
