The untold story of one twelve-year-old's dream to become the world's greatest supervillain.

In the 1970s, young Gru tries to join a group of supervillains called the Vicious 6 after they oust their leader -- the legendary fighter Wild Knuckles.

When the interview turns disastrous, Gru and his Minions go on the run with the Vicious 6 hot on their tails. Luckily, he finds an unlikely source for guidance -- Wild Knuckles himself -- and soon discovers that even bad guys need a little help from their friends.

*RELAXED SCREENINGS: Our screenings at 11am on Tuesday 9 August and 2pm on Saturday 13 August are relaxed. These are adapted to suit people who prefer a more informal environment, which means we will leave the lights on, dimmed slightly, throughout the feature, the sound will be set at a reduced level and audience members are invited to enter and leave the auditorium freely. Subtitles will also be shown. A chill-out/quiet zone will be available for anyone who wishes to use it. There will be an open attitude towards noise and movement. Access to the Circle is only possible by stairs. All other parts of our building are accessible to all, including people with limited mobility and wheelchairs.

Wearing face coverings in public places is optional, although we recommend you continue to use them in busy or enclosed spaces and when moving around. However, this is not mandatory. Please respect everyone's right to choose.
