Glowing red for global campaign
On Wednesday 30 September, Rosehill joined more than 2,300 buildings, objects, homes and even vans across 24 countries in an unprecedented show of solidarity among the live events industry, as part of the #WeMakeEvents Global Day of Action.
The third #LightItInRed campaign of 2020 was again aimed at highlighting the imminent danger the live events industry currently faces as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Thousands of people donated time, expertise, equipment and passion to the call for the many and varied professionals in the industry to be allowed to get back to doing what they love.
For previous campaigns the exterior of Rosehill had been lit in red. However, bad weather this time meant a swift rethink by theatre technician Rob, who instead set up his lights indoors - with dramatic effect, as seen here!
