We may, from time to time, examine our database in order to provide our regular bookers with information about fundraising appeals that we are currently engaged with. Companies House and Charity Commission
Company’s websites
Other charity’s websites
We will record this information in password protected documents and only store it in line with the timescale that we store data for existing donors.
We may also be given your details by an existing donor, supporter or Board Member, or through our own research. In such situations, any data will be held only as long as we consider you to be an active prospect and never for more than 12 months without making you aware. Once we make contact with you, we will ensure that you are made aware of our Privacy Policy and invite you to make a data protection declaration.
