We are required to share with the Arts Council certain details on all of our bookings. This information does not identify you personally, but allows the Arts Council to get a better understanding of which areas of England and Wales most and least served by its portfolio of funded organisations.
We may be required to pass your contact details to touring theatre companies for them to be able to contact you in the future – the requirement to be able to do this is part of our funding agreement with the Arts Council, but we will make you aware when you book a ticket if the company has requested this information, and you have the right to instruct us to not pass this information on.
If you have made a donation and agreed that we can claim Gift Aid on it, we are legally required to supply your name and address to HMRC in order that we can claim this from them. This is done via a secure transfer portal. Other than this we will not hand over any of your detail unless we are legally required to do so, and will not sell your data to third party under any circumstance.
